Hey Rookie,

Since your from the Chicago area, maybe you can help the local club out in setting up the track. They could probably use all the help they can get. If anyone else who lives near the Chicago area might think about helping out setting up. Its having support from its local racers on what helps build a club. And you could provide some insight on that chicane if you don't like it during the track setup.....LOL

It has been great on the new surface. Way better than last year. You will probably run something similar to a setup from Racine or Chicago.

As long as it is on Friday after 5pm (after work)....I am definitely willing to help, my work is only 15 minutes from the track....if that is on SAT, I will try to be there at 8am....but if I remember correctly, they usually setup the track on Friday night....Mark, let us know when are you guys going to setup the track.

Don "Master's" Jones said they will be setting up the track Friday evening. I think he said starting around 5:00. I'm sure they would appreciate any help they could get. We ALL know Don needs a lot of help

Thanks, Paul! Sounds good. I thought the surface was pretty good before, but I do remember hearing some grumbling....
Now, if I can just figure out how to get my margarita machine transported & powered up .

Howard, is Albert coming? Just wondering if he'll be bringing his rolling shop with him.

Ouch, dood! That hurts. My wife's been really supportive of my first year doing the MWS. So I sadly sacrifices Byron's to do some family stuff. But she knew I wanted to meet the Swaug, Ish and team. Plus Chris and I wanted to help Dan and Nick out, at least for a little bit. BTW, it's MTX-4

Dude, you changed car just as fast as the Team Xray change their platform...at least, MTX4 is a good one to have. See you this weekend.
And no, Albert is retire this year from RC....he is too busy for his online business. But he can still take orders...just call or email him.

Not anymore, Mugen is good to go as is and should be fine for some time. It was too hard keeping up with Kyosho updates/upgrades.

Too bad Albert can't make it. I'll try to stop at his shop for some tires so my wife can grab some bubble-tea while we're in Chinatown. BTW, will 40s be alright for this weekend.
