Is that a Lola style plastic bumper below the regular bumper? If so, what's the part and how did you mount it... if you don't mind sharing secrets from Fred's new car. There are a few Serpents around here I'm going to need to move out of my way.

Thanks.

Ivan, it was done by Maxspeed Designs (They mainly did karting stuff) about 3 years ago. However, they have been out of business for a year now. One cool thing is that the board is the same size as the 1/8th Hudy board. There are a lot of pit board makers out there now but they all gear toward a smaller board for electric.

Default Rear Shock Tower

Do Kyosho make a thicker Rear Shock Tower than the standard VZ231B?

Or do you guys use another brand?

Dom,

I don't think this has been asked but, why is there a rain-x bottle on your table?

Did you use if for something for the car? Or did you use if for the pit board?

Inquiring minds want to know

That's exactly what I was thinking, but I let it go.

I personally ca'd 2 stock towers together and shaved the body mounts so the link didn't hit them. We run the mounts on the front of the tower. You may be able to see it on the picture of Freds car.

Ah Ha! I was wondering how come no one asked..... Yet another speed secret... well not really speed secret really, more like Bling secret.

I use it to clean the outside of the body for scuff marks! Try it, it's an amazing body cleaner and also it leaves a nice rain-x compound on it it so it doesn't attract dirt as easily!!!!

I'm going to try it on the pipe side of the car next time I race.
