Default rrr evo wce question

hey guys
at the 2006 worlds all guys using the rrr were using a solid front diff that looked like a one way but was black i think made of plastic. looks similiar to the v one s 3 front rigid axle

why is kyosho releasing the rrr evo wce with a front one way ?? hmm

also i saw a lot of guys at the worlds using red clutch shoes.. wats the advantage of this ? i have one in my toolbox and want to try it

rubbing the belt isn;t much different, but its the breakage that's matter....

won't want to happen when you are running in a Main final and
keep changing the belt often also quite a hassle

The solid axle we were using was steel , we tries the plastic one from the sport kit but the steel was much truer and seemed to carry more corner speed.

The clutch shoe we used was red but was a test clutch, it was a smaller version of the 4D clutch and we only used 2 weights.

These parts should be available in the next couple of months.

Just a couple of Q's if i could. Im looking at upgrading my RRR. What is the difference in parts ect between having a RRR and getting the conversion kit to a Evo & the RRR Evo itself.

Last question.. Has anyone heard anything about the RRR Evo WC team edition. Apparentley its coming out soon.

yes there were 2 types of lockers that were being used. there was the plastic lightweight one and a prototype steel locker.
the plastic locker was lighter but you have to glue it together and sometimes if you don't glue it properly it doesn't spin true. For me it's not much of a problem cause i glued it carefully.
