I'm having issues with the collet /flywheel / and the bolt that holds down the flywheel. All the time I try to tightned the bolt that holds down the flywheel, the crank moves along with the bolt ( im using a flywheel locking tool to keep the flywheel in place ). Should I put shims behind the collet so that it pushes out the flywheel ? I have the 3D clutch along with the sirio evo2 motor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

This happens because the collet is too long. Take your dremmel and cut off 1mm (or less if you can) off the collet from the side that faces out. That way you will be able to tighten the nut by having it sit on the flywheel instead of on the collet.

Kyosho Item#UM213 will solve your issue & you don't have to dremmel anything & use the spacer that comes with it for clearance

Track condition & what tire shore you were using

Thanks for the help.

What are the difference between the standard RRR shocks compared to the evo shocks. I noticed that the evo conversion kit had shock bodies along with gold shock shafts and 2-hole pistons. Also, it came with universals that were silver. Are these for the front or rear of the car ?

Fresh paved parking lot with suger water. I am running 40 shore rear tires. I was thinking of changing to 42 shore.

Zac the diaphram in the shocks are different shock bodies is longer in length & the shafts are titanium, the silver cvd's are for the front the old shocks came with 1 hole piston in the front 2 hole in the rear now it's 2 hole all around & the springs are different but you can still use the old springs as well
