Just got a Vone rrr from a friend and was wondering if anybody has any links to any kind of set up guide/ procedure/ tips?

Hey ,man start out with box stock setup, if anything get the darkblue rear springs with locked front.

Check out this thread has good advice http://www.nitrokb.com/

Set-up like Bobby said in his previous post I would recommend starting stock and working from there ...the car is very capable in its stock setup

can anyone explain the difference in steering response between the 10, 11 and 12 ackerman/ steering bellcrank. thanks.

I don't remember which is which because I use something different more like the Xray's, but you usually want to use one with a farther back or out hole in a high traction condition because it helps smooth out the car and slightly helps traction rolling. Farther forward or in, can give you a more responsive feel especially on slow corners.

Hey does the v one rrr take a "standard flat pack" for the rx battery.

Does anyone know the weight of the diff oil that comes with the kit?

Default Second gear shift point

Finally got my car out today for the first time. I had the cap screws turned out 3 turns as the manual suggests and the car seemed to rev out too high and not shift. How many turns out are people using with stock gearing?

I have an RSR RS3 and stock gearing with full tread stock foamies.

Screw in 1 turn that should help.
