I have just bought a Ceramic thrust Bearing set for the Centax 2, and have both these available to grease up the bearing. Which is the beat for this Application??

Go with the antiwear grease. Which is much more sticky and durable.
Infact; Tamiya Molybdenum or MuGen Super grease are better options than these. Use these if they are available. If not awg will do fine

I agree, the AW grease from Tamiya is the best out there. Extremely sticky which is a good thing when you are using it on rotating parts like the outdrives and thrust bearings.
