Default Any recommendations for strong/durable pipe?

Hey all!

New here...and I just broke in my car. Kyosho FW-05T PLUS (w/ BMW M3 shell)
Tuned engine to pretty much max performance with help of a friend.

Unfortunately, something else also broke, and it was the pipe (tip broke off) in a side crash against a cement wall of a school....

I'm looking for a durable/strong pipe, so it can hopefully survive other crashes to come...

Thanks in advance for any help!
~JT

btw, pipe also cracked my fuel tank....*sigh*

My friend uses a Vantage pipe on his FW-05. The pipe is made of carbon fiber and seems to hold up pretty well.

If you're looking for a pipe that can withstand crashes and save u bucks, there's only one pipe you should look at, the H.A.R.D Shark Pipe!

I've seen a lot of pipes being damaged, but never on this one...yet!

YOU are RIGHT Tommi!! I own the silver outlaw shark pipe, crashed my kit lots of time & not even a slight dent to it!
But i didn't use it for sometime, b'coz i find the power is too much for my engine to take, & is LOUD.
Sadly, it is not a very popular pipe among racers in my country. Our LHS had stop selling it.
Hmm... maybe is time to put it back & tear up the track...

Oh Nightkestrel, I miss the kit you've mention. So you're driving a FW-05 which require a right hand pipe. I don't know if H.A.R.D had any right hand pipe, but if $ is not a issue for you, go for the Skyline pipe. All pipes in the market is pretty much the same, just try not to crash...

Yikes...I made the same mistake as well!!! Too bad, the Shark pipe does not come in a configuration for the FW...me bad me bad... But hey, this Shark pipe sure is one hell of a tough one. Skyline has one for the FW, have heard nothing but great reviews on it performance-wise, whether it will make it thru crashes, no idea on that as yet.

Hey E.T., you're from SG? Is the Skyline pipe available over there? If so, how's the price like? Thanks!

CVEC has that same pipe in a right side exhaust also, for the FW05 cars.

Last Florida State series "ROAR" race, really showed that the pipe's will outlast the car, in a crash.

AI can have those in stock in a matter of days. ;-)
