Default wheel hex

The wheel hex's on my pre-glued Sorex tyres are stripping and allowing the hex on the axel to spin in the wheel. Is this a problem others have had, I've never experienced it before but last time out at Ashby and today at Cotswold I stripped several wheels.

Are the wheel hex's smaller on the V one, and is there an alternative I should buy? I've got some East hex's on order, but if there is something else I should try let me know.

Hello all,
Please see in the pics the way I put the wires. I use a Y cable for the battery and the P.T., cause my receiver is the RX211, which does not have a aux plug.

Best regards,

Bad news to report, gang. My Atomic Multi-drive had a mechanical failure. The solid axle adapter, that goes on the inside, snapped off one of the ends and twisted the other. Not really sure, if, the engine was putting out too much torque to the drivetrain but I started the qualifier with a spool and came back with a one-way.

Thanks Sp Racer, I will.

Now, what about going with the 23T optional pulley on the side belt? What effect can I expect? Since the front wheels will now be turning abit faster, can I expect the car to pull me through the corners?

Has anyone preferred this to the stock?

There are so many good engines to choose from right now, it's hard to decide what to get - or what is the best.

Anybody else got this engine? Know someone that does? The more info the better.
The O S Speed is fast, I sold 2 and both are very happy, during nationals they gauged it with other fast engines and I have seen it myself that it has a tremendous top end your car will look like it has a 3rd gear !!! but I sell these way lower than $494.99
