Here is what Kyosho consider as Optional parts, of course certain ones come with the WC kit already. I'm not posting this because I feel all these parts are mandatory, but just an FYI for those want to know what is being offered by Kyosho. And I can't guarrantee availability of these items either. ;)

No problem bro! I got it covered. :)

Me thinks the Kawahara K-496 brake disc is even more impressive than the KFactory ones. It also helps to minimize wear on the aluminium brake holder.

Another essential upgrade is the aluminium brake pulley. :)

Hi BundyMan. Have you tried the K Factory ones? What would you say is the primary difference between the two?
Thanks! :)

Do you mean the actual belt pulley or the hub that the brake disk rides on?

I am using the SP pads with the vented disk and brake fade is not existant. You do have to be careful to get them setup right. This combination is pretty aggressive.

Just for the record, Kawahara parts are very difficult to get in the US as they do not have a distributor here (that I can find). I think their products are first class but I just can't get them. :(

I know a way to make your project a whole lot easier, just throw an MTX-4 in the box!

cooldude 04-22-2006 08:25 AM
