You should round off the edges of your tires with a file. They look a little square in the picture.
So much for the Hudy being "Fully Automatic"

The Hudy worked really great - I can't imagine anybody using anything else, but when I saw that picture in the instructions of the guy holding a file, I knew I was in trouble. For $500, you'd think they could include a file and a small brush for clean up.

That's one sexy car. I'm starting to like it more than my 8th onroad!

The wires are like that for a reason.

The car was exceptional today. I had more control over it than ever before. It was awesome. Even when the car started to get into trouble, it was so easy to correct. Money well spent.

Had some problems breaking in the new engine and tuning it, so accelerating out of turns was a problem. Other than that, the engine and car were very fast.

Hi rmd,

All I want to know is how the engine performed? Is it a MUST BUY???

If yes, do you think the specific pipe used also needs to be purchased to get the best performance out of it?

How would you say it compared to an OS .12 5P TZ?

Anxiously looking forward to all your feedback.

Cool. I had one, but I sold it to a friend who really mangled his pipe (one of three pipes in my arsenal). It worked really well - just didn't produce enough torque for my needs.

That's weird. I thought I answered this...

- Read my post in the Exclusive Nitro Engine thread, Team Orion CRF Wasp Rev X-Dyno results for how things went today.

- I'm waiting on Josh's testing results on the pipes.

- Compared to my OS TZ 3-port, even with the problems I had today, the engine seemed faster and had better run time for sure. The engine has a lot of potential. I can't wait until it's properly tuned.

So far, I'm very happy with this chassis.
Hey Kewdawg,

Have you done any more testing with the chassis? Is it 7075 aluminum? What other chassis have you tried?

Thanks!
