I basically use the stock setup but I have been experimenting. Some of the things I have done are: black springs in the rear, lay the rear shocks down 1 or 2 holes, 10K oil in the rear diff, turn front sway bar up 45 degrees. What I am trying to do with these changes is increase rear traction. The front of the car turns so good that the rear has difficulty keeping up.

Hey bud sounds too me like you have to stiffen that entire car up if you have that much bite... ,..just my opinion......Me I like the oneway especially if there is traction. only my 2 cents...

Gl tomorrow Jim.....

Hi Guys,

Well I bit the bullet today and decided a couple of extra mods need to be on my baby.
Kawahara - Side brace, Back plate and Rear roll bar set
Kyosho - SP Chassis
KM Racing - Rear Camber Plate

Hopefully I'll get them to try them on the weekend. I was initially against the Kawahara bar but decided that to have any real opinion I need to try it first.

RMD,
Really sorry that the Parma body isn't the real deal. You put a lot of time into painting that sucker to find that out. Maybe it will make a good concourse shell.

Has anyone got any info on when the EVO mods will be available, like the springs etc. Apparently Kyosho aren't intending to put out a RRR EVO conversion kit like they did for the RR.

I'm so proud of you.

The painting part is not a big deal. I wouldn't paint bodies for other people, but I certainly enjoy painting. It's fun! Plus, now that I have to buy another shell, I get to work on the paint scheme a bit. I'm so disappointed with the performance and durability of the Type M. Unlike the Protoform shells, which seems to spring back if you pop them back into place, the PARMA dents like a real car.

I'm checking almost daily. You probably won't see them specifically listed for the RRR EVO until June/July. I'll ask our Japanese friend to let me know when the EVO parts get in.
