You should be able to get them wherever you get your Kyosho parts. I get mine from the LHS.

Totally agree I tried the front one way/spool & Kfactory delivered on Quality not like the issues I had with the serpent version when I drove a 710 I snapped 3 complete pairs of dogbones in one day & did everything to correct it but other drivers still had the same issue as i when the car was released.
Mcsquish did you notice any side to side play when you removed the pins. when

Brand: Kyosho
Part number: VZW063
Description: Aluminum Brake Lever
Type of upgrade: Performance/Looks
Reason: The aluminum lever eliminates flex in the brake assembly to ensure cosistant brake action, not necessarily stopping power (we will cover that later) and it looks very good.
Setting: N/A

One thing that jeffreylin mentioned, is that he can't remove the gears from the lightweight clutch bell without bending the clutch bell. Has anyone else had similar problems? Is there a certain technique to use so that the clutch bell won't get bent?

I have not bent mine yet but I do see that as a potential problem. I am trying to find a way to modify my Serpent clutch bell tool to work but I have to find a thinner pin that will not bend. For now I have been using channel-lock pliers with rubber jaws.

Another reason for this item is the stock brake lever is aweful close to the 1st spur gear where your linkage is, I have experienced the lever bend down enough (whether it's flex or being hit) that it'll strip the teeth on the spur. The aluminum option is a good answer to this problem.
