I purchased the igt8 2021 used and have been going through the car fixing issues. Does anyone know a good starting point for the shock height on the shock nut

Did you get a manual and a setup sheet? I assume you are asking about spring preload as it relates to ride height? First you will need to set proper droop. There is a process for doing that. once that is completed, you can then set the ride height. Usually that's about 9mm rear and 8mm front from the bottom of the chassis to the ground/setup board. Look up IGT8 setup sheets and you will find many from Paolo.

I had issues with mine, the shock length in manual is wrong, The droop is too much so when you pickup the car. is doesn't slide back into the bottom shock retainer
