Hello, I’m a new in this hobby I bought a Xray RC.8.3 the car is brand new but I noticed that when I accelerate the upper radio plate is moving Like twisting. I looked all the screws are tight and on the right place if I have to use the end point in my radio I have to go down from 100 to 65 points to stop moving the radio plate.

somebody has any idea what it can be?

Isn't that just the flex setting?
With the flex setting the radio plate has some free movement.

You servo end point was way further than what the carb needs to open fully. The carb is open maximally but your servo is trying to pull it open more so it’s flexing the radio plate since it’s what has some give in it. Reset your throttle endpoint so that the carb is 99.9% open at full throttle, just leave like .2mm more throttle pull available for when the chassis flexes during cornering and such
