Im noy saying that I want it I was just wondering if it is any better than the standard reflex. It should be for a 400.00 price tag. Did you race this weekend?

It looks like a pretty good deal when you consider all the extra stuff they put on it.

The regular RFX goes for like $259.00. add to that...

centax clutch-$100
front sway bar-$50

...and the car has all ready accounted for the higher price. All the rest of the stuff that it comes with can just be considered bonuses!

A buddy of mine just got one, all the aluminum parts (K Factory) found on the standard Reflex are there, but hard anodized, including the chassis, comes with the centax clutch, front one-way, a complete spring set (5 sets I think), aluminum front shock tower with extra mounting positions, front blade swaybar, rear wire swaybar and the harder graphite arms. It has a new heavy duty front bumper setup with that funky hot pink foam bumper you saw on the prototype. Too bad it doesn't have the floating rear body mount or the Lola front bumper/body mount but those Kyosho parts trees are pretty cheap. All in all it's a pretty good deal for under 4 bills if you can find it that cheap. I don't think it'll be as flashy looking assembled though!

Actually I was anticipating a real improvement from the MTX2 with the MTX3 and I was disappointed. I thought Mugen would follow the MRX3 design with a touring car where at least the weight was centered in the chassis. Guess they didn't want to copy the Reflex/ V-One R.

i like how the tank is positioned allowing fuel access and a straight path for air to flow to engine head through the hole in the windsheild
