The Toledo club has not moved. The Cincinnati track will be operated by Tri-State RC Auto Racers. founded in the early 80's ahd host to a few world champs and several nationals. We openly invite all the Toledo racers, as well as others, to join us.

I see, thank you for clarifying this. The way I read things I thought the Toledo club was moving South. I appreciate you passing this information on. The last thing I want to do is be part of spreading false information. I really apologize if I cross communicated anything and caused any concerns going forward.

The area was already prepped. They have widened the area about 30' west that we are moving the original plot so its the same width as the rest of the area.

So the weather is beginning to change and warm up. Wondering if you have got the paving scheduled so that work on the track can begin in the early spring?

Our track paving is part of a larger paving project the fairgrounds is having done. Asphalt plants dont fully open until April typically as its all weather dependent. Last week there was talk about some opening but then its snowing this week. If it was just our track, the small paver could probably find asphalt to do in the next few weeks but we need better weather for the larger job. Hoping to hear something soon.

Will this strictly be a large track designed for fast nitro cars, or will it have the ability for shorter layouts that could be used for electric touring cars for example?

We plan to run multiple classes, electric, short course etc. with a few layout options.

I dont think August will be a problem at all. Might not be able to have track painted etc but we should be good for racing by the fair in July.

Cincinnati track update:
Just heard from the Executive Director of the fairgrounds and they are doing final prep of the ground this week and will be putting down asphalt this upcoming Saturday!
