short line makes pressure high and longer lines lowers pressure . to both the pipe and carb .

yes thats what i was saying just shorten the carb line a little so it almost hugs the filter and when you run the car try it with and without the filter on the carb line you may not need it. Only time you need it is if your having trouble making 5 minutes run on tank.

Default 803178 - 2 Speed Shaft SPP 720

Hi everybody,

Just replace the new SPP shaft yesterday. Like it very much. The problem is that the E-Clip thread is too little for it to be placed in. Has anybody having the same problem.

Regards

what starter box does eveyone use to start their 720's? i thought i'd be able to use my associated starter box but it will need to be modified for use with the 720.

if you can get the older serpent box(black+purple, or grey+black) your good thats the best box for your serpent because you car comes with the plates for the car to sit on perfectly.

Default I Degree Steering Block

Hi, I have at the moment install in my 720 the steering block 1degr L+R 803212, our club is using a Parking Loot track, low to Med traction, very technical, what will be the difference of using the 1 degree or the 0 degree Steering Block.

Thanks

1 degree L/R steering blocks gives u a smoother grip in corners at low - medium traction surfaces whereas 0 degree blocks works better at medium traction sufaces. In general, 1 degree blocks are more versatile coz u can switch the orientation (swap L/R) and gives u better grip at high traction surfaces. 1 degree blocks can be quite aggresive if you are not use to it and requires a little training to get it right. I find the 0 degree blocks easier to drive. Hope this helps...

Excellent this really helps me to understand the difference of the two, now I get why it was a little difficulty when I change to the 1 degree.

Thanks
