Outside it's the same. Inside there is a little bit more material inside the hole (if you measure the hole rigth in the border, will be the same diameter). Hard to see!!
Anyway, the first run are good enough to run. We won a National championship with those.
If you want to be on the safe side with the first version, you can put some teflon plumbers tape in the thread of the pivot ball and you are good to go. This way, you don't have to dispose the arms.
Hope this help

Did you happen to test the screws especially on the bottom of the chassis? The Serpent stock flanged screws fit perfectly. When I had a 710, I bought an aftermarket screw kit and the flange of the screws for the chassis didn't match and some had oversized heads which made it "stick out" of the bottom of the chassis. I ended up using the stock ones.

I have a few kits on the way down to Maxy Velazco so I'll know in a few days. But thank you for bringing that to my attention. I stand behind my products and want my customers to be 100% satisfied.
Personally, I run off-road and don't have the experience in on-road. But I gotta tell ya, I'm dying to order one of these on-road kits and slap my EB modded P5 with Kangaroo crank in it . I've had a ton of requests for on-road screw kits for months now, but I've been so busy I'm just now getting to it. I hope my on-road kits are as popular as my off-road kits.
Thanks and best regards,
