what bodyshell works well withthe Serpent 720? sorry for the dumb questions, not overally new with RC racing had a TMG4S, but made a move now towards the "SNAKE"

for me the stratus is my favorite...i've tried all the usuals...but it's always back to the stratus........very neutral feeling

never ran a serpent but the stratus is a good body it feels real stable down the straights but i also like the Parma M to me it feels real aggressive in the corners compared to other bodies IMO

Also what reciever pack fits in the car i dont want to go lipo just yet so what nimh fits

i make up my own packs, you can use either the Sony AAA cells at 800ma, or i use the duracell 1000ma cells. they actually peak at 1050mah. configuration is 4 cells next to eachother and one on top on the very end.
i have used lipo for most of the year, but had some issues, so i have now simplified the electronics, and i feel the lipo isnt really needed unless you want to run a 45min or 1hr final. just my thaughts

In my opinion, I really like the East Civic body... Its very aggressive and if the traction is high, its a winner. However, the Stratus is much more stable and its good if the traction is low. I really stick to the Civic because I like the agility that it provides and my laptimes are a bit faster with it.
