Lipo batteries that need balancing come with 2 different connector one of those is use to charge each cell or ballance and the other for dicharge. Balanced lipo's typically provide higher total voltage and it is not needed for this car since we are using a regulator for 6.2 volt and the batteries provide 7.4 volt.

PLEASE REAR AND UNDERSTAND THE INTRUCTION THAT COME WITH YOU CHARGER AND YOUR BATTERIES AND IMPORTANT TO REMEMBER TO CHARGE THAT BATTERIES AFTER EACH USE !!!
Hi I am finish racing for the year and I have Lipo's in my 720 what is the best way to store them?

I'm thinking the safest way would be to place the battery packs in a empty gallon of latex paint and place some sand in the bottom place the battery pack in and close the lid. Place the gallon away from anything flamable.
It would be nice to have a fire proof case or bag to store these batteries all the times
Good Luck

Best way is to fully charge the battery then just leave it, I have one still on the car and haven't touch the car for 2 years but everytime you turn on the radio it still works.

my exceed lipo batt seem a little bit bloated... is it still safe to use it?

purchased another one but the batt seems larger and won't fit the brass tray... i ended up using the plastic tray, had to remove plastic portions of the tray to fit.

If it is bloated then it is ready to explode into a ball of fire! I would Get Rid of it Right Now!

I would compare it to another lipo... I thought my lipo battery was bloated to, but after I compared it against a new lipo battery, found out that it was normal size.

All the bad experience I got from using lipo’s in general was from drop voltage below the recommended voltage. All batteries when sitting around not been in use have a voltage drop rate!!! less for the lipo but still there!!!
