Oh yeah, sorry Julius, I should have linked to the news post on this :-

http://3hobby.net/modules.php?name=N...ticle&sid=1530

I'll add it to the content page too.

I'm doing it on my 720 now but this time with the Xceed LiPo and regulator ... did yours come with a switch? Mine doesn't.

I agree with Typer, the Matrix has plenty of power. Mine was a pre-production so it started leaking a bit but I'm told by Bernard that this problem was fixed in the final version.

Drive it you will be happy with it and to drive it fast, there is a saying "Make sure you drive it like you stole it"

he was implying earlier, that so far the serpent runs smoothly and better with just stock setup.

I added the switch myself.
I took off the shrink wrap, double sided taped a peice of lexan to the regulator and used shoo goo to stick the switch to it.

Re-routed some wireing and put new wrap round the whole thing sealing both ends with shoo goo to keep dirt and liquids out....

Enjoy the car really works right out the box with the stock set-up, next body you put on the car make the hole a little higher up more like half roof half windshield

Also put a long tie strap from the front of the tank to the rear shock tower and you can open the tank through the rear window when you pull on the tie-strap

I posted online a quick review and comparison between the VXR LiPo and regulator versus the Xceed one.

hi guys

I have a question regarding building shocks. Sometimes (very offten), when I build my shocks, It is impossible to compress the shaft (seems to be overfilled). To fix it, I have to open it again and let the oil shock leaks a little. It is a bad procedure, most of the times I get air on the shocks and them have to start all over again. How can I avoid this problem? Is is related someway to the shock sponge as Mark Green pointed out?

regards

Eduardo
