But, you are right, that is the only lube I use and i have the problems you describe. I will change to another lube and see if it makes a difference.

WHOW.... That's the second case.... I think is the oil, because I'm the only one using it on my local track and I was the only one with this problem. A friend of mine said that some oil gets oxidate with light, and on those cases they can cause rusty. I think that is the case. I will start to use a cheap mineral oil, since mineral oils does not get oxidate.

E clean the car every week and does not use any liquids (no benzine or petrol oil). It must be the oil. lets wait to see if anybody else had the same problem.

regards

Just go through the thread and see the issues that some guys had and look at teh replies that Serpent posted... very few companies out there that provide such good service...

Hope this helps

Yeap, agreed.

And to cap off Harry's post, I was at the European Championships last year and wasn't even aware of the rear arm problems when Michael Salven was walking up and down the pits handing out bags of goodies to all 720 drivers. In it? A pair of new lower rear arms, a pair of new rear camber links with the end lugs, a set of stickers and a Serpent neck strap for your racer/mechanic
participant badge.

Got the 3rd one way today. As I was assembling it I could not get the e clip that holds the 1st gear/one way bearing on. I pulled the shaft out and layed it side by side next to the stock shaft and found that the pin hole for the 2 speed adapter is closer to the end by about 1 mm, the shaft itself is shorter by about 2 mm.

Anybody has this problem also??

Nope, mine fit nicely.

Is the shaft black? Black is the right one.

Yes the shaft is black, its the one that came with the 3rd one way set.

Maybe I'll grind a flat spot one the stock shaft

I can't remember the relative distance and differences but before you grind down, try fitting it again. Don't forget that the pulley adapter is different to stock so the spot where the allen crew goes is different too.

Are you sure you placed the black beveled spacer in the right place?

Default TIRE WEAR::

I am just wondering...

I usually True my Tires to 62 mm. Is 62 mm still thick or just enough. After a 5 min heat. My rear tires goes down to 60 mm. Am I using a soft compund tires or just my suspension is too stiff?
