Many thanks to the racers that went to Big Dog RC in Stoneboro PA last Saturday. I believe there were 15 people who made the trip. Open practice for a couple of hours then 1 round before the rain came. The track was real smooth and traction was great. Wallo made the trip from NY with his son and set a track record. It was fun to race on a track where the long straightaway goes right past the drivers stand. A special thanks to Mike McBride for working with owner to make changes to accommodate our gas cars.
We are going to schedule a MWS race there for the weekend of July 17th. In order for that to happen we will need to have at least 30 racers to commit to going. So please pass the word around. Either call or text your racing buddies. Have them post their name here on RC Tech as the official place where we can get a total count. It’s only 4 weeks away. So we’ll need to know as soon as possible

We understand that this date change will benefit some racers, and will hurt others. The series simply needs to maximize the number of entries.
I will get hotel discount information and driving directions/recommendations ASAP.

It's been 1 week since I posted information about racing at Big dog RC and that we need to see a minimum of 30 racers post there name here in order to have the race. I know there are a few who said they would attend but Palansky is the only name that has been posted. I think we need to know of those that are coming by next weekend so we can confirm this race with Big Dog RC. Please get the names posted here as soon as possible if you want this race to happen in PA.
