Lucky for me I have had nothing but good luck with these guys very reliable with equipment orders and nowledge of the sport, wich comes in handy when I need something recomended. Besides why start bashing in public when it sounds like this is just a one time ordeal with some one acting off of emotion. "WOMEN" only do that.

Could you guys provide a link to their Web site? There are several "Ace Hobbies" out on the Internet and I'm sure everyone wants to know which one you are referring to.

Thanks!

it wasnt a one time deal, i actually purchased twice and had to file a claim through paypal because they never process my other order. tried to contact them but no respond until i inform paypal and got my 2nd order refunded.

if u support them so much why not give me the money from your own pocket and i'll send you the sticker.

I just ordered something from them on Friday!

As I recall, I received an email on Saturday stating that my order has been shipped. I should be getting it some time this week.

I have ordered from Ace,(JR) Dremelboy, MANY times. Never have I had any issues with anything I have ordered. One time I got my order and one item on the invoice said, "ship from Mugen USA" next day that item was at my door.
Before you go slandering a reputable company on a forum like this, you need to give them a chance to make things right. This is a bunch of crap. ACE is one of the 3 places I will order from.

to the original poster - did you really try to contact them? Kevin and JR have always given good customer service when things don't go exactly right. I've never had any probs contacting either one of them. I know recently some of the distributers of certain products dropped the ball, which leaves the dealers in the middle of nowhere (think of Mugen dropping JP for an example). I've had more problems because of UPS not doing their jobs (ie not scanning packages, losing packages, etc) than ACE not sending it out in a timely matter.

I'm sure Kevin, aka dremelboy, can fix whatever the problem is.

I have had good service from Ace, and I have had poor service from them. I probably spent about 5000 bucks with them when I got into 1/8th offroad, so I have dealt with them many times over. Many times I ordered a particular product, and was shipped something else. JR would just say that he thought I was better off with a different product-ummm OK. I still have tires and wheels that I was never sent a call tag for. I even still have someone elses order that was addressed to me-after calling requesting they send a tag to return it three times I gave up. Too bad it was for some car I didnt own. Twice they tried to ship UPS second day to my post office box, despite having my physical address as well. It was never life or death for me, but for my money A-Main hobbies has never let me down-ever. I'm sure that things get hectic over there so all has been forgiven, but I naturally gravitate to the shops that get it right more often.
Every body has bad days, but so far A-Main has never had one on the days I have ordered from them.
