I have had nothing but good luck with Kevin and JR. One time a USPS order got lost and they resent my order at no cost to me.(I still don't know what happened to original order). Because of there service I will always buy from them!!! In fact I just ordered a XR8 combo (approx850$) with second day air and recieved my order promptly. Congrats ACE!!

Default quick response

They have always answered my general questions promptly.
I thought their answers were honest and not just trying to sell me stuff.
I just ordered from them the first time and they shipped it out quickly.

Default Ace Hobbies is one of the best shops around

Here's my 2 cents - I have been to alot of shops and Ace is one of the best around. They are knowledgeable, understanding, well stocked, and fairly priced. I'm sure there are alot of customers that agree.

$8.00 is also a pretty lame reason to flame especially when they and other users are willing to paypal you $8.00

i ordered on june 12th and my order will be shipping tomorrow....9 days to ship my parts
it's not serious,i mail them and he told me,he was at sedan race....but when i ordered,my money is going immediatly, and he could tell me " your order will be shipping in a week because i go to a sedan race"
i'm waiting for important parts for a week, and i think it's not very serious

shipping is expensive and take for more a week(almost 2 week),in japan(RC-mushroom) shipping cost is better and my order will arrive at the same time

i did 2 order at the same time to see who is the most professional (between japan and USA)...i think i have my idea

perhapes Ace can do something for me(add parts for example,or do shiping cost with better price....)

Stef in France(where price are too expensive )

Advertising, any advertising, even if shed in bad light, is considered good advertising.

I feel for you. I guess they care more about racing than their customers

hi nefaststeven

just so you know, we attended last weeks race at the request of serpent usa in an effort to provide and assist them with table and chair and canopy space.

we spend 99% of our time here at the shop doing our best to keep things flowing, but there will be times when we are obligated to attend an event, your comments are unjustified and in the future i would appreciate it if you checked your email a bit more frequently. your package is and was shipping late because one of the items was discontinued and replaced with another number and another of the items was out of stock on serpents end and i had asked you to please advise me on how to proceed with those particular pieces, amazing how i never got a reply on that one and yet you immidetly jump on the internet to just bash us for this.

if this werent a convern i wouldnt take the time to sit here and reply to it but since you felt the need to bash me on here i felt the need to defend myself, when you order by internet or online and you do not return emails that pertain to your order you cant point the finger of blame entirely my way, if i had sent a different part number and didnt send the other part im sure you would be rimming on me also, so i guess its the case of damned if i do and damned if i dont.

just my 2 cents

thank you

kevin @ ace
