Yes I'll be running in the Midwest series.... You?
What car you running?

Mike Ellis......... I'm looking at GQ tires at the moment.
I heard that they tend to take some time to come up to temperature. Is that true with you?
I have tried some GQ receantly (37 shore) and they were ok. I see what you mean about the rims too..........

yes i run the midwest series. I'm running serpent this year. What car are you running? The serpent rim is the strongest and best looking personal opinion the orange rim i'm not a fan of.
If i'm not mistaken isn't twister, ats, blackstar, gq, and forfaster all the same rubber?

Default Really?

Rea;;y? All the same
That is interesting. Because GQ were another make I was looking at.

The Serpent 710?.... now that is a good car !!!
I'll be running the a sponsered G4 but undecided about the motor and tires as yet, although the RB is looking favourite.

The Jaco/Serpent tires....are they expensive and where from?
Thanks for the info'

who are you sponsered by? I will be running the 710 to start then the new car when it comes out. The mega/picco .12 are fast thats what I will be running and the serpent/jaco tires. I like this competition that is coming to sedan class on the midwest series should be a fun year. are you planning on attending the great lakes challenge?

Yes I do notice that outdoors, with the gas sedan but they come in before the warm up is over. On carpet I've found that if I compound to much of the front the car is on the edge real bad. I have run them for 2 seasons now and still haven't broken a rim. bent a couple, but that could be fixed if I would quit hitting stuff!

I would have liked to run in the Great Lakes but I can't get the time off work.....
I like the Jaco rubber alot and would like to run them. I've heard they work well at Cincin' too.....

Where can I get them from though at a reasonable price do you know?
If I get this new job I may yet still go..........

Tony
Ps. You going to the Great Lakes?
