Less than a week away till the second stop on the 50th anniversary tour.
I've had several ask, and YES we will be doing a raffle again this year and will have tickets available at Lincoln, sorry I got a little busy and did not get to make the rounds at the first race. We have prizes in already from J&S racing and Proto-Form, and more on the way from Serpent/Desoto, RCAmerica, ProLevel, and RCTarget. Also the first batch of T-Shirts are done and will be available as well. A Big Thanks to Showtime Signs for the art work and also the series banner, BC/RC for Sponsoring the shirts, and to Al Carrier for producing the T-Shirts See everyone next weekend.

Tech Regular
Indianapolis was part of the original Midwest Series and was actually the 2nd race I ever attended , was in the parking lot of a GEM store out by the road and cars slowing to try and see what was going on caused a couple of accidents. Dave Dawson was the hot driver from there in the early days and the whole Dawson family supported club activitites along with Bob Stevens from Citizen Ship electronics (early radio supplier - they also had a car ).

We will also accept baked good supply donations during our club race on Sunday, July 7th and we will make the goodies for the event!
Dwight expects to be in attendance for the race after treatment on Friday July 12th, and we would love to send him back home that weekend with strength and encouragement!
