thats what i was saying as well

Default Spinny thang?

Guys;

The Hose routing looks correct for a Turbocharger (used to own a car with one). Can't figure out what the hose going to the front of the car is (maybe a FAKE Ram-Air system) and the wire bundle going to the back of the car (Computerized Fuel Managment?)

Anyways, whoever dreamed this little (UFO) up sure got what he was looking for (controversy).

what u guys talking bout? that thing works! i have one! it took me 5 minutes to install everything. i paid at about 2,000 grand on that muthafucka! now, my car is running so much torque, my chassis flexed and snapped! torn my car in half! period!

ohhh and one more thing, my car have so much horsepower, all tires spuns out when accelerating, and by the time the wheelspinning stops, all four tires melted.

look at the "intercooler" imagine how much it would cost to produce a mini system like that, plus mchining a turbo etc.

anyway you can't turbocharge a 2 stroke .12 becouse it doesn't have a electronic fuel injection system. once you boost it with a turbo it would tun lean.

plus the ex resonates back and forth wouldn't you need to develop a one way valve for the exhaust port???
Well, while I doubt that the pic above is of a working turbo, it is definately possible to turbocharge a carbeurated 2 stroke engine. I have done it to a Yamaha KT-100 kart engine. It was very complex, made a bunch of heat, and produced decent power, but was more trouble than it was worth.

So, yes, you COULD do it. But SHOULD you do it? No. You should just bolt in a .21 and be done with it.

The way i see it,
A turbo/supercharger will nt work on our small engines due to the fact that the intake and exhaust ports are both open,
a supercharger and turbo ae designed to build up heaps of air, under pressure, in the engine, but alls it will do is blow all the fuel out the exhaust and possibly blow the exhaust off, and the guy that has the proper site with that picture on says its only for show, it does not work.
The guys name is matt who has the site.
So a turbo/supercharger will not work on one of these

Yup, this "pressure" that the turbo/supercharger builds up is also known as boost or psi.

I'd have to agree with Venom, Dan, and V-one S, it's fake or it won't work well at all.

I remember reading in Motorcyclist Magazine back in the early 90's, some guy tried to turbocharge a 500cc 2-stroke GP bike. It made a little more power but there was soooo much blow-by that the power gains wasn't worth the poor efficiency. It needs to be a 4-stroke like the OS .26 FS or similar with a secondary fuel pressure booster so it won't starve at top end.

If someone can do this, here's the best engine for it:

http://www.mecoa.com/hp/fc/hpfc25.htm#hpfc25

It has a gear driven rotory valve head instead of pushrods (ack!).

I toke off one of my dogbones on a rs4 3 and did the same thing....spun the wheel from the rubber and melted the tire.....

If you want to act like you have alot more of power and waste your tires......take of the rear dogbone and gun it....I think your top speed is lowered and your "off the line" is increased. Or if you are a rear wheeled drive vehicle....take of the front dogbone off....I did that and got bored real quick...and broke from buying tires/rims.

When you go racing, always remember this : K I S S

( keep it simple stupid )

I'm quite confident these turbo charger or super charger don't perform good in reliability sector such as very hard to start, often stall, difficult to find the perfect mixture, and doing " jack rabbit " acceleration aka spin.

Default nah!!!!

putting a methane boosting lighter might have been better or putting fireworks powder may even let it fly.
