flooded engine again???
I was driving my car and i hit the curb, it flipped over once and stayed up side down. it messed up its throttle linkage so i had to hit brakes all the time and if i let go of brakes id floor it, But i fixed that. I was gonna start it again but it was flooded. I got all the gas out. But well this happen again without crashing etc Because i wasnt sure what cause the engine to flood this time...
Q's
1. Well this happen again without crashing
2. What causes the engine to flood
3. If you think the crash made my engine flood.
Its a onroad rs4 3 evo with a os .18 cvrx pull start
- Modified Me.!

lots of things can cause an engine to flood
for starters
what worries me more is that your car will not sit motionless at idle close your carb gap down and adjust the low speed so that it can sit stationary w/o brakes applied at idle - doing this to your car for too long is quite harsh to your engine, drivetrain and brakes - good luck hope this helps
for starters
- running at idle too long
- running too rich
- being upside down for too long

you can also flood the engine by over priming it before starting it.
