Default PCRC electronic fuel control?

Anybody know anything about these? They are supposed to automatically opitmize your fuel mixture. Do they work? I think they have been out of production for a while, I found one used though.

Oops, guess I should have put this in the nitro engine zone. Too late now.

I've had 4 of these. They do work, The unit is the EFR-801...helicopter guys love them, as for racing, it works ok, but you have to drill a hole in your manifold. You also need to clean them out with alchol after use. What kind of price can you pick it up for?

It monitors your exhaust gas temperature and adjusts the fuel flow to keep the exhaust gas temperature as high as possible.

Pretty simple, and it does work.

correct, all you do is set the temp range you want it to maintain. I used setting #7 if I remember correctly.

Default Fuel regulator

I have one or two that I will sell for $25.00 plus shipping. They cost about $100.00 if I remember right.
