Default Venom Racing comments

I gotta give a shout out to these guys.

November, I bought 4-5 6V hump Rx packs from an online vendor, and
one went bad, shorted out melting it's wires, and the wires to the switch.

I called there, spoke with Paul, explained the situation, and he offered to
send out a replacement, no charge.

I got the replacement a few days later, as well as a free fuel bottle, completely N/C.

...Just saying....that's pretty cool. I only paid like $12.99 for the packs to begin with, and to go that extra step was awesome.

On account of that, I ordered some more Venom products, because that's some outstanding customer service.

Just throwing out some props where they are well deserved.

Thumbs up

I also have a good experience with Venom Racing.

I had a Venom Smart Temp that didn't do what is was supposed to do.
I also bought it online in the US.
I e-mailed them and the support for Europe (based in Australia....) had the Dutch Venom distributor send me a new one.
The distributor send a Speed meter in stead of a Smart Temp, so I emailed the Ozzie guy about the mistake.....no problem!
He had the distributor also send me a Venom Smart Temp!

That's what I call customer service!

Way to go Venom!!

My smart temp seemed to have a hioc-up at first...I checked the venom webpage, and sure enough, there is a certain way install it on the REVO...did it, and now it works good! It was nice to see the necessary info on their page rather than to have to search forums for the solution!
