then tried Fast T 37's for my final qual and it tended to push a little
bit and ended up with a 18 5:10. Must run 37 or 38's for the main!
I've ran the last 3 races / 40 minute mains there on 37's.

Hope this helps!

HEY TERRY
I will be bringing a few sets of each 35's 37's and 38's.
But tell me something. In your 1st & 2 quals 35's all the way round.
You found bit more steering/ less push. Was it that the car felt more twitchy.
If so this helps me understand what the traction may be like there.
Back home. Here in New York. Everybody runs 35's.
Accept for guys who couldnt get a good enough set up on there cars.
They ran 30's for more traction. And some of us new this because
they had very very bad tyre wear.
Im looking to run 37's and 38's most of my time there.
I have to wait and see... Thanks for the help.

Even though it has already been said, this is one sweet track and facility. A big thanks to Mike's Hobby Shop and staff.

Hey Guint,
With 35's the car had more tire wear but you could drive it a lot more agressively! You could say it was a little more twitchy just because
of the handling ... it was much more sensitive to driver input.

Take care!

See you down there!

Terry

This is a first class facility - one of the best in the US! What wonderful hosts. Fully stocked Hobby shop. There is a lounge (air conditioned with three flat screen TV's, ammenities- my words can't describe) and observation platforms on the second story of the fully stocked mini kitchen/hamburger joint. Covered pits - great drivers stand. Nice track layout - fun and fast. This is a racing venue you need to check out. This track owner nows how to "do it right". Sorry, I'm not a race reporter - but, qualifying is going well.

This is a great race site! A leader in the US.

Rich, You wouldn't happen to know how Sal Difazio is doing? As well as your own driver?

I didn't make any notes and this is through a few Captn and Cokes

After two rounds(1/8th only):

TQ - Scott Kimbrow, 20 5:10
2nd - Jim Adkins, 20 5:15
3rd - Scotty Barrera (SP?), 19 5:03
4th - Sal DiFasio, 19 5:05

6 total rounds - rocket round qualifiers.

They are running a spec class, too - pretty popular.
