Default What bit to use on porting a header?

I need to port my HPI header but am not sure exactly which bit to use. Also do I have to also polish it out after the grinding?

just use any metal bit that has a teardrop shape. use this to get the main parts of then use a small stone bit to smooth out then a wire circular brush to smooth.

wash all the metal files out with water and then buff it with metal polish if you have the time/patience/and the right dremel buffer bit.

Yeah, A carbide bit with a round tip works great.

racinZrooky;

Use a Bit or Stone that is designed to cut NON-Ferris Metals. Any shape that will fit inside of the header port. Then use a small file to smooth the rough edges.
All you are trying to do is taper the sides of of the header port to allow the exhaust gasses to flow more smoothly. An MIP header already has this done from the factory if you are interested.
