235MM Serpent Porsche Cup Spec Racer
 

Any word on this car or class. Saw it awhile back on the Serpent website but haven't heard anything lately. This would be a great class for smaller tracks that just aren't made for 1/8. I thought Serpent would b pushing this class in the US.

Seems like everywhere BUT USA.....I would love to see this class "hanging on" in USA....don't really care about the old school 911 body....

This German Club is really fan of the Porsches, mainly in 235mm class and also in 1/5. The idea for a Porsche 911 Cup with the 235mm class is spreading. Serpent is about to release a 2006 style Porsche Cup 911. At the same time Serpent will also offer a complete Serpent Porsche Cup car/body/engine package to get even more racers started in this new class.

Hopefully Paolo from Serpent USA will comment on plans if any on Serpent trying to get this class going here in the US.

Hopefully there will be something. After driving Rookies car a few laps at our local track I was HOOKED on the 235mm car. It would be a shame for this class to dissappear as it is WAY more fun than 200mm TC.
