Default Maintenance sheet

Does anyone have a maintenance sheet/checklist?
I don't race, and i think it's a bit too much to replace oils bearing every time i use the car, on the other hand i find it hard to remember dates etc, so i was wondering if anyone has a template or anything of a "maintenance sheet"

Thank you!

I just write it down on the back of my manual that I keep in my pit bag..I also number my gallons of fuel so when I rebuild one of the cars I write down what gallon Im on and what I did to the car...my son drives too so I have to maintain two nitro buggys a truggy and three 1/10's so if I didnt write it down I wouldn't be able to keep track..

I jot down my setup changes and it effects it had in a small notebook.

As for maintenance....

After each session dust it off, clean the entire vehicle.
Check for excessive wear/slop. This will require disassembly of the front and rear clips. Look at the hinge pins, remove them and make sure they roll true. If they wobble, replace them.
Disconnect the sway bars and remove the shocks. Lift both arms up and let fall. They should fall freely under their own will. IF they don't, either the arm hole for the hinge pin needs to be cleaned and/or reamed out a bit.
Check turnbuckles
CHeck shocks. Replace shock oil if you notice any leaks around the shock caps. I normally change shock oil if I go to a new track if needed and/or after a race. I do not change it if im just bashing.
CHeck tires for wear.
Check your screws that go into metal. Locktite is your friend!
Check diffs to make sure they operate smoothly. If they feel gritty, time for a rebuild and/or replace the diff fluid.
Inspect bearings, they should roll free between your fingers or on something that can fit through the bearing. If they're gritty, remove seal and clean out with motor spray. Let dry. Then re-oil with bearing oil, just a few drops. IF that doesn't do it, then replace them.

As for the engine, make sure you put after run oil in after each day its ran. I always like to leave my piston at BDC immediately after I shut it off for the day. Just my thing lol. Pull the glow plug, check to make sure its not fouled up or the coil is bent over to one side. If it is, replace it.
Clean and wash air filter, let dry and re-oil with air filter oil.

Annnnndddd I think thats it lol.

Not bad, it will come second nature and you won't have to even think about it :-)

work on one section at a time. Im limited on time as well.

I do front clip one day, rear clip another and on the 3rd day I do the center section, shocks and clutch(usually just inspection, change if needed)

Here's my main event checklist:

Engine and Clutch
- Check the following items and replace if needed before A Main warm-up:

- Clutch shoes.

- Clutch springs.

- Clutch Bearings.

- Clutch bell. Also check and adjust gear mess if needed and put fresh thread lock on engine mount screws.

- Exhaust gaskets.

- New glow plug.

- New air filter foam.

Radio / Electronics
- Check steering and throttle EPA’s and brake bias.

- Charge receiver battery, transmitter battery, starter box, and glow igniter.

Chassis

- Remove shocks and make sure suspension moves freely.

- Check for bent shock shafts.

- Check for bent hinge pins.

- Make sure shock boots don’t have any holes.

- Check all screws and nuts and make sure everything is tight.

Drivetrain

- Make sure the drivetrain spins smooth and free.

- Check bearings.

Tires
- Glue new tires and balance tires if needed.

If there’s a lot of practice, I like to freshen up the diff fluid and shock oil.
