Hello mp9racer,

Do You have the Ninja B03 Engine? Is so, please measure the diameter of the underhand and I measure the inside diameter of the B2102 Low Head. Later we can compare for dimension fitment.

Cheers..

if you can swap 2101 head to 2102, there is no restrictions to use 2102 head on 2101(Ninja 3)

Hello vandalzzz,

You could use 2101 Head to 2102 Engine but You need to use 2101 Under Head.

There reason is because the 2101 Head has a smaller recess area diameter where the Under Head meet.

On the other way You could use 2102 Head directly to 2101 Engine because it has bigger recess area diameter compared to the 2101 Under Head.

But if You want to use the 2102 Head with 2101 Engine, I would suggest to use together with the 2102 Under Head for better Heat dissipation. I had an experience about this matter.

Cheers..

Under head means head button I'm guessing? I'm very skeptical about any of that frankenstiening but you could do it with most OS engines down to the cranks.. However the newer engines (b2102) I believe have increased milling on the case above the exhaust port to allow clearance of the extremely low profile head, the older cases do not. What could allow this to work is if the updated head button is a thicker, but in my opinion it doesn't since they are trying to make that engines head as low profile as possible. Further, that head button is probably updated also. Risky stuff with a 500 dollar engine pumping out 40k rpm.

Hello Matt Piva,

Just for a reference, I have been running B2101 with B2102 Head and Under Head (Button)..

Also I have been running XZ-B Speed Spec III with B2102 Head with original Under Head (same diameter as the B2102 Under Head) when I want to have fun with Power Galore..

Cheers..
