Ohh Warren..you are so kind

Ok..chassis is done..still have to paint the body.

Used option parts within my build:
VRP Game Changer Pistons ( not bad..but not worth the money..will order the 6x1.5 Pistons)
9609 Alu front upper plate
26258 Alu diff Bearing Carriers
8099 optional brake disc
8237 CVD Cap ( the nylon caps are light but scrap.had some DNF because of them)
+ Prototype quickchange engine mount

Good Stuff!!

yeah I think the plastic cups wil be fine. But for that extra security on truck i suggest the metal ones..

I still dont have the new body lol.. waiting for some other stuff before i order

I want you to try something and let me know, I had good results with it..
*- I ran Medium rear buggy springs on both front and rear on the truck.. it felt very good.. was a high grip surface,.

Let me know your findings. ( have to crank the collars a bit)

Cuda- I agree with your sping thoughts. I used the Brown and Blue springs on my truck. Liked them much better then the "White" springs.

Hi All.

The list of changes from the A8T to the A215T is very large, I will list the changes below.

Chassis Plate (3mm/longer/wider)
Chassis side guards
Hinge Pin Blocks (more adjustment/durability)
Hinge Pin Inserts (new material)
Suspension arms (longer/stiffer)
Differentials (Dual Bearing system including lightened outdrives)
Shock towers (For new arm geometry)
Bodyshell
Radio Tray (A215)
Centre diff mount (DBS centre diff)
Ferodo style brake system
A215 Steering system
A215 rear hubs (more settings)
A215 caster block (more settings)
Shock ends (securable to cup)
Rear gearbox housing

Hope this clarifies the level of change from the A8T truck.

Be sure to ask me any questions that you may have.

I've started with my original setup, 12.5-10-5 heard some others running thinner center oil. But only done 2 race days so far and last one changed from mild grip to slippery as f*** during the final thanks to rain and an oiled dirt track
Going to try some things tomorrow like rear hubs setting to get a bit more rear grip before I try to calm the front if neeeded as it's quite 'pointy' like a buggy but spins around a bit.
Also see if it improves now I've rebuilt the diffs
