I'm not worried about tires, I'm more worried about how rough the track will get. I think I will start off with x2/x3 switchblades , then make my way over to fugitives.. I'm not sure though how hard packed it will get or if if I will have to run anything harder than x2?? But I will be prepared

if the track is not maintained or watered all week i assume it will look somewhat like the old silverstate track(the 2011 race sticks out). if it gets that rough i see it being up in the air.
Ty has been showing up to races in alberta where are tracks are quite rough and dusty he will probably be on his game.
I cant see a kyosho driver winning but tebo is always fast in vegas, if hes on his game and the lower roll center taller towers are too his liking he could be a threat.
I like ae cars but if the track gets really blown out i cant help but worry about dnfs(personal opinion).
If maifield is on and angry hes absolutely untouchable, but if the track is really rough he cant push that pace.

best of luck at worlds hairymuffin

Hi, my first post

1) I bet on my countryman Robert Batlle will win Vegas
2) AKA Crossbrace are the tires I buy for my MBX7. No problems up to date

The euro guys are used to racing on rough ungroomed tracks, Ae has been testing there a lot.. Pro lines test track is similar to Vegas, only the top guys get to test there. Their test track gets dusty and rough.. My son just needs to be able to adjust his lines to a changing track. AE has really been pushing Rivken, I see him at the track more than Cav.

I think drake will make the main, not banking on a win or podium but he test at rctracks often.

Always nice to get a peek into the R/C of days-gone-by. I find it curious how this predecessor to the BURNS has a component layout far more similar to modern cars than the production buggy that would emerge barely a year later.

Not sure if I understood, but that car is an Integra Presto, it is single (If I am correct modified to double for racing) chain driven, much closer to a modern onroad car in layout

I know because I have a Vanning, its sibling!

It is and it isn't. The Presto had the fuel tank all the way at the back of the car, and a plastic (lunch) box that sat midway on the chassis which held the electronics. The variant that Kanai was running kept the basic ladder chassis but re-arranged some components. Better pic here:

Well, it would be great to see Davide, Reno and hopefully Hara attend. Jörn too should do well. But overall rooting for the Mugen Boys

Thats what I meant. Its a modified presto. Its chain driven with a transverse engine, unlike anything produced later

It looks like Hara will be running a Kyosho... He has also done really well with Kyosho, only problem is that no one has won two titles if I am not mistaken making it not look as good for him, but look at Boots, Tebo and King, then look at how much better the TKI4 is and Kyosho is definitely a threat...

Look at the size of the stands in one of the pictures and how many spectators there are. Extremely impressive!

I got ROAR drivers 123... By the main, the track will be blown out and tire choice is not going to be a deciding factor. Its going to be who doesn't break. Its gonna be a rough 60 mins.....
