duratrax nitro quake
 

SO i have an old Nitro quake that was ran once in 2002 and put away. I got it started and it goes full throttle. the breaks dont seem to slow it down and even when i set it down at full throttle it stalls out and shuts off. Not sure what to do with it because i cant find any parts for it either. any suggestions

Remove the air filter from the car. With the electronics on, change the throttle linkage so that the carb is fully closed when no throttle is applied. Then make sure it fully opens when full throttle is applied. Might also want to try a fresh glow plug if it has been sitting around for a while

Thanks Ill go through all that and try again! and i cleaned the carb and old fuel out before i started it! i figured it wouldnt run anyways.
