Black plate underneath the centerdifferential is there only in one version in the first kits.
Look in the manual and see there are no options mentioned anymore.
Part is renamed to center skidplate due to................?

guess there will be different plates to choose from..
The 46 47 and 48 spur are all the same size as well as the 13 and 14t clutch bell. Really no adjustment is needed. Be careful using other brand bells as the serpent bell is a different diameter where the clutch shoes engage. I know a complete losi clutch works with no adjustment as well.

Like Paul said. You adjust the gearmesh with adjusting the four hexagon screws securing the engine to the engine mount. The large countersunk screws which secure the motormount to the chassis are at a fixed location. As the gears are all the same size only a tiny adjustment need to be made which is easy to do. Use to secure the hexagon screws special lock washers

Paul then you are a lucky guy never loosing an engine screw. :-)
The lock washers only need moderate thighting.
As engine screws only can be reached by an angled ball head hexagon driver this is a more save way. But life is full of options.................make the right choice.

only thing that really matters is how the car drives. I doubt it'll be improved over the 2.2 car. I guess some peeps like a wider chassis and arms. i'll wait till the next cobra comes out or if dingo steps up their durability game cuz those cars are stuck to the track and drive great otherwise.

All I can tell you about how it drives is my 2.1 ebuggy used to be the more stable car against the 2.2 nitro, now the nitro buggy is more stable

I plan on running the novarossi clutch, will that create some issues with the plate inserts? Also is only one plate included in the kit?
