Default What are your favorite outdoor tires?

What are your favorite outdoor 8th track tires? Conditions are dry, inconsistent smoother in some areas rutted and blown out in other areas hard packed in some areas loose and loamy in others. Has small and large jumps. Temperature 65 to 75 Fahrenheit

AKA Impact
Proline Blockade
Jetko Block In

You will see they all share a similar kind of tread pattern, something like that in a compound that suits your temperature, and with those I am guessing pretty much the softest compound each companies offer.

You should be asking about compounds. The best tread pattern in a wrong compound is worse then the best compound in the wrong tread pattern. Find the best compound threw the other driver then go from there. At my local track I run a tread no one else uses but the compound is correct and I have very very good forward drive with my pattern which is one type of pattern no one uses. An old Losi eclipse.

100% accurate compound matters more than tread pattern.

Hi there! thanks for the adam drake rehash. That's exactly what I did ask about compound hence the reason for the temp range I gave. Maybe you didn't catch that part. The rest was obviously referring to tread. Both are important and always will be, not just compound. Try not to confuse people.

I think reflex are too small pin for these conditions. (loose and loamy parts)
