Does anyone know if the MP10 front shock tower will fit the tki4? Thanks in advance.

It fits but you need a few more parts to make it work - ball ends etc. I’ve converted mine.

Good to know! Its the engine side that matters more in the new version, it fits the pipe and header better with more clearance. Im glad I picked mine up

M2C Pistons - Has anyone tried the 3 X 2.1 hole? What oil did you start with and what did you think of the feeling they provided the car? Just curious as I’m about to do some testing in the next few weeks

Are there any CVDs that fit the MP9 tki 3/4 other than of course kyosho ones?

I was fitting my center diff the other day in the mount and noticed a lot of side to side play. I don't mind just a little bit of play but this is way too much. I linked a shim set below. Are these what I use to shim the front center rear diffs? Also may be an obvious question but how do I shim the diff (outer bearings) when the notches in the diff cases fit the bearings perfectly. There's no room for shims. I tried shimming the front diff the other day but the diff seated in the case like a glove. What am I missing? I tried seating it with 1 shim on ring side and it wouldnt fit, I almost bent the shim trying to seat the diff. Is it supposed to be that tight fitting with shims?

Looks cool. Still can get over the body. Looks like a cement truck.

For the front/rear generally you add the shim to the opposite side of the ring gear to expand the case and give a little backlash to the gears. I first slide the diff with shim into the half of the gearbox which doesn’t have the pinion as there’s little play with bearing and shim. I then slide the other half carefully so not to bend the shim. Not sure what process you’re using but I’d suggest look at your manual again.

Theyre the correct shims and should have come with the kit. For the centre diff these shims won’t clear the diff shafts so I guess you’d have to add the shims when assembling the diff. Personally never had an issue with play but the shims will fit inside the centre diff mounts assuming you have the mounts around the right way....

Im having a HELL of a time trying to fit the servo saver nut onto the saver assembly with spring. It's the hard spring and is just too hard to squash down enough to secure the nut on by hand. Does Anyone have any tips on servo saver nut install with the hard spring?
