Frank, any chance you can get mayfield to post his winning setup from the U.S. open championship. Thanks

Anybody have some build tips yet on the kit!? Havnt build a new rig since the 2.0 so its been a while.
Also could frank or somebody chime in on when they would use emulsion shocks versus the bladder set up for specific track purposes!? Loving the build so far, liking all the extra up grades included in the kit, cant wait to drive this thing!!

Getting back on subject... We've found since building the new 4.0, is that the king pin is incredibly tight going through the front hubs, spindles and caster restricting the steering movement. To get round this we used 4mm drill piece to enlarge the hole and have found this helps free the steering up massively. Would certainly recommend this.

the problem with the spindle isn't that the holes are too tight, it is that the holes are not alligned properly

On another note did any of you guys notice the cv outdrive holes are very close to the outer bearing and just barely lined up with the hex hole!? Mine seems slightly tight in my opinion but i dunno if its because of the rubber boots now on the bones either causing some slight extra friction. Thoughts??

When is the E buggy available

Having both cars in front of me the 4.0 standoff has an hourglass shape to instead of the strait shaft of the 3.0. Also the caps have snap in bushings instead of slid on bushings. Hope that helps.
