Default What Truggy to buy????

What's up guys
I have about 600 to spend on a truggy and I can't make up my mind on what to get. I know this has probably been discussed but I want honest answers. Most people at my track run mugen so I've been looking into the mbx7t but I'd like some good info on what you guys would pick up if you had the money.

Mugen or Tekno. Both super tuff and great on the track!

My vote is for Sworkz. The s350T is comparable in quality if not better than other major manufacturers and its extremely durable and parts are cheap. Many people have commented on its exceptional handling and plush suspension. People with mugen truggies are even putting on sworkz arms because their mugen arms keep breaking.

What do you plan on doing with it?

Racing? If so, find out what is well used so you can get set-up help and also what brand has good parts support thru your local hobby shop.

That's what I would base my decision on.

Careful not to step in the BS here. Mugen is not super tough, lol. But Tekno is....

The only problem is that I've never see parts in the LHS for sworkz. I'd hate to break a part an have to wait for new ones in the mail.

If you crash alot, you will possibly break arms. Personally haven't broken any arms on my 7T.
People that are breaking arms are hitting things at wot, they only break from big hits.

Amain carries parts and you could stock up on the parts more likely to break like arms and hubs but in all honesty I've never broken one part on any of my sworkz cars and I've had some terrible crashes. One day at the track I broke 3 arms on my kyosho truggy from just over shooting a jump or clipping a pipe but nothing has ever broken on my sworkz cars and I've done a lot worse than clip a pipe with them. And back to the parts situation the parts for Sworkz are cheap, I think something like 8$-15$ for a set of arms.

Mugen all the way. If you are breaking a arm on a 7T you hit something very hard. I have one friend that has 3 7T's and raced all season without breaking anything. 2 kids and himself. There are plenty of Mugens at your track so I would race that. Good set-up help and maybe a part if something happens. The 7T is a awesome truck.
