Default weird body clips

I saw them on neobuggy. LRF released a new body for Kyosho mp9e but the body clips on the picture are drown my attention. Anyone see those before ?

Search for locking body clips, they are available at many shops.

Dan's RC Stuff is the name I remember that had them back in the day.

They were a must for clipping in house transponders before PT's were really common.

Still have some in my pit box. Got them turn of the century at a LHS in Georgia, USA. Hard to work with, but they won't come off unless the body post gets ripped off. . .

Never had a need for them. But they sure look cool.

I had those back in 1994. There is an O-ring you have to push over the body pole as an extra lock but still they will come loose
