Oh yes, I see now. Thanks.

I would personally like to see them ride the current platform for a little while longer. Offer some factory updates for those that whant them , and that's it. I think its safe to say its probably the most copied platform out there right now. Mugen would be foolish to re design it until they see what the others versions managed to improve on over the next season or so ...

I must say I honestly LOVE how my mbx7r performs. I put down my fastest lap times with this platform over my losis or teknos. Iv sold off everything but my mugens! The ONLY thing I would ask be changed is a better quality body! Lol I love the factory gearing I love the shocks (wouldn't mind bleeder caps).

The only area I see REAL improvement over anything would be a solid set of front arms. They seem to have quite a bit of flex. But then again, that's trivial and may be why I feel I can push this car so hard. It gives in all the right places!

I would like to see a front tower that offers a few more tuning options with the pills for the upper arms ala rc8b3 or x ray, but I really like the car. I couldn't sell my teknos fast enough once I got my first Mugen.

I agree and also a center roll pill for the rear toe block.

Agreed. What you and Witty are asking for could be easily done with a revised set of pills/inserts. I don't know what they are working on, but I don't see too much else that they would really need to change on the current platform. Certainly nothing major... Add the center front and rear universals to the kit instead of as an upgrade later and there you go.

Japan is very good keeping secrets. They wont send a prototype car here to a US driver. If and when its done,he will be the 1st. Hope they dont wait til a week before the worlds to release a kit, like they did with the mbx6. I would like a battery box like Fast Race shops..

Boy you ain't lying! The battery box would be nice but honestly I don't mind swapping out my whole battery every time I do swap. I just bought the tops and put on all of my backup batteries.

I would be shocked if there wasn't a new kit coming. Especially since he said he was running TLR diffs till the new car comes out. Mugen always makes a great product.

I think it's just because the Losi diffs are lighter.

They may be more aggressive in drive as well. A engineer told me that.
