My MBX7R should be here next week. I'll probably go with A Novarossi motor. Still undecided with the servos. Can't wait!!!!! Need to pick up some grease.

I was thinking of getting a pair of Savox SB2274SG servos for my build. Have people had good experiences with this servo?

All the major brands make a good servo that will get the job done. Just pick your flavor and find the ones you like.

Personally I have had the best luck and only run the Futaba S9352HV servos. I finally retired a couple that were 3 years old and probably had a good 35 gallons on them.

When I was thinking of switching to different servos those 2274 savox servos were at the top of my list. If I had not had such great luck with my Futaba servos I would have ended up running those.

I like to run a single servo for both steering and throttle / brakes just because it makes it easier to carry fewer spares haha

What would be the advantages to running the aluminum rear hubs other than durability and bling factor?

The aluminum hubs have 3 sets of inserts. They also don't flex and load the bearing which binds the rear drive line. Aluminum should have more traction.

How do the aluminum hubs compare to the stock hubs when looking at setup sheets? Is the middle hole on the aluminum hub the same as the top hole on the stock hub?

Anyone thought about replacing the pins in the universals yet? Not the pin that goes into the outdrive, but the pins that hold the bone and axle together.

Just curious if anyone has attempted it yet.
