Build tip:
DO NOT over tighten the set screws for the king pins. Unless you like breaking them. Maybe everyone knew this but me. Just never put much thought to it.
But when you tighten those set screws, all the way in, then back out a few turns. You want the king pin to be free to move up and down and not have any side load from the set screw on it. Ideally, the set screw will only be in there far enough to catch the bottom edge of the king pin.
Lesson learned for me. Wasn't really an issue till I started running on this hard as cement indoor track with a lot of traction. Same for truck, too.

No... No problems at Porter as the the current layout is pretty mellow. Indy in Garland is where I am really testing the car... But yes similar surfaces in terms of hardness....

I just got several of bodies done for the Agama a8. I'm guessing they will not fit on the a215 because it is wider.
Will the front and rear end of the 215 bolt onto the a8 chassis? I'd like to use the A8 bodies til they're beat, and then convert back to the original wide chassis and body down the line.

In case anyone else wants to modify their switch plate to mount an electrical switch, this is how I've done mine.
Is simple to do, just cut off the 2 ends of the legs so what were the outside holes become the inside holes, drill 2 new outside holes and open up the cut out back up to fit the servo. this moves the plate further in and gives room to mount the switch. Is still enough room to run wires along the back side of the plate and hopefully is open enough that I won't have any over heating servo issues!
