Default Installing Steel Spur Help

Hey guys, I am trying to install new steel gears onto my baja mega, When I ordered the steel gears, i thought it would be a direct replacement. But I a clearly missing something. There is a huge gap between the spurs and the spindle that goes into the transmission.

Can anyone help me with the parts that I need or anything?

You need t take the plastic gearset and use the 2spd module from those.

I am looking at it now, and there's not much I can take off the plastic gear set, unless I am missing something. But i don't see how i could.

I don't get where these parts are coming from.

If anyone has any pictures of a steel spur setup, it would help.
