Revo spur gear mesh wont set??
 

I am using robinson racing 38tooth spur gear and 18 tooth clutch bell on a revo 3.3 and i can not get the spur gear mesh to set for the life of me. I have tried the paper method but the mesh is still to tight. I dont understand. no matter what i try, the mesh is to tight.

Frankly I tend to run 32P gears a smidgen loose. It seems to quieten them down some and really doesn't seem to wear them. I did this on my old T-Maxx's X2, taught my son to do the same thing after he ate 3-4 spurs, I set it and it's on the same spur, and I ran it that way on my old E-Maxx and now on my 2X 4wd slashes.
